The head office is located at Plot 202 Port Harcourt/ Aba Express Road, Rumuola, Port Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria with branch offices in Lagos, Abuja, Warri , Yola Calabar, Owerri and Umuahia, and correspondent offices in Atlanta and Houston Texas in the United States of America.

Our history of innovation began with the introduction of he MMDS (Microwave Multiple Distribution System) cable satellite Re-broadcasting system in the Niger Delta area in 1992. Today Multimesh continues to be an innovator in Project Management Consultancy. design and installation of terrestrial and wireless Telecommunications Systems such as, Voice/Data structured Office cabling, Wide Area Networking, Workforce management solutions, Urban and Rural Community telephony, V–sat /satellite earth stations, land and Mobile Radios, Electrical engineering Instrumentation installations.
Now our offering has grown and position the company as a national leader in Project Design and Management in Fire, security Sound, Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering installations for single and multi-building applications, Today, Multimesh has successfully completed several Turkey projects which include among others, the FIFA Nigeria’99 World Cup Stadium Rehabilitation Project, The Shell Petroleum Residential Area Integrated Cable Television, Telephone and Data Communication Project and the Nigerian Police (PCRC), The NDDC Niger Delta Integrated Communication Network for the Nigerian Police and the State Security Service.
As part of our growth plan strategy and in line with our global expansion, Multimesh has established a US subsidiary (MMCUSA HOLDING LLC with offices in Atlanta Georgia and Houston Texas to manage all over-seas procurements and broadcast content acquisition covering the rest of the world except Africa.

OBJECTIVE:
To carry out our work safely in a most healthy and safe environment without disturbance, in the bid to attain maximum efficiency. The objective hinges on our strong belief that health and safety are paramount in all activities, whether domestic or industrial.
OUR CASHES policy is therefore, reflective of the following goals:

To realize the stared HSE goals and objectives, the following steps are taken as a matter of company policy:

At MULTIMESH, Management regards CAHSES as part of line manager daily responsibilities along with scheduled finance, productivity and morale.

Our CAHSES policy documents are simple and easily understood by both new and old staff, for proper applicability. This is usually confirmed by the company’s safely officer.
(3) INTERGRATION OF CASHES IN ALL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES .
CASHES are regarded as an integral part of our business because safety is good business. Line managers at all levels demonstrate their commitment and concern about their own safely and health and those of their colleagues.
5) ENGAGEMENT OF CASHES ADVISORS
Every job is properly planned and procedures are followed, accordingly.. JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) as part of TASK ANALYSIS PROCEDURE (TAP) is effectively adopted.

The company engages at al times, CAHES advisor Consultants with adequate relevant practical experiences, who are provided with the necessary conducive operational environment.
(6) TECHNIQUES TO MEASURE CASHES PERFORMANCE.
Last Time Injury Frequency (LTIF) and Total Recorded Cases Frequency (TRCF) are mainly adopted to determine safety performance. Hazard management audit are completed and returned on monthly basis and all such data are collated, analyses and feedback given to the employee.
{7} REALISTIC CASHES TARGETS AND OBJECTIVE
Every project has a realistic CASHES target and objectives. These targets and objectives can only be achieved with proper motivation and management encouragement, hence our good CAHSES incentive scheme.
(8) EFFECTIVE CASHES TRAINING
The company in consultation with a safely consultant group offers in-house training to our staff on safety management, site safety, supervision, waste management, Hazard management , Auditing, job procedure, Road safety, security, Environment and occupational health economics. Informal training on such areas as Tool Box Talks, Safety Meetings Benefitings, etc are also embarked upon and these have proved very useful .
(9) THOROUGH INVESTIGATION AND FOLLOW UP ON NEAR MISSES IN INJURIES AND/OR ACCIDENTS
The company has introduced the TRIPOD Accidents investigation method to help the company get proper information on accidents and follow-up accordingly.
(10) EFFECTIVE MOTIVATION AND COMMUNICATION
A cordial vertical and horizontal communication and relationships and adequate motivations invariably enhance the safety of work force, and work environment and hence increase output per man hour. The company embarks on effective intrinsic motivation for staff in the form of training, sound based wage structure, management concern, awards, conducive environment and proper materials provision, etc.
